My wife and I recently had a bathroom makeover. We replaced a one piece tub and shower with a walk-in shower. Sean and Fen (the installers) were excellent. They were polite and courteous. They were knowledgeable and both knew what their jobs were. It took them about eight hours to complete and the end result is a fabulous looking shower. I very strongly recommend West Shore Home.
Sean S and Evan J did my install yesterday. They were awesome! They arrived, explained the process, how it would all be executed and did it flawlessly! They had mine done in one day. Once done they cleaned up everything and didn’t even know they made the mess of remodel. Amazing job gentlemen!

Had my windows done, the windows are nice but they are small. I was guaranteed I wasn't going to lose any of my view or sunlight. I lost 4 plus inches on each side of the window. Not to pleased. Another thing. The second crew that came out, sucks!! They took 10 plus hours and a million smoke breaks to install one window and finish flashing the rest. Then they took my shutters off and installed one upside down and put the other set on the ground and left. I called John, he said "someone will come out." Now It's been 3 weeks.

After years of pushing this project off we hired West Shore Homes to custom design our modern walk in shower system to replace a dated over-sized "jet tub/shower" combination. Sean S, Fen, and Eli W arrived on-time, prepared for work and motivated to ensure our end product was to our liking.
They ensured our floors were covered and took great care ensuring that any messes and debris were well managed. At various intervals Sean S would walk me into the bathroom and explain next steps and to ensure I had no questions or concerns.
The end product is AMAZING and MODERN! To have this level of work completed in one day with no mess left behind certainly helps absorb the cost and investment into the product.
Shane S and Fen showed up at 8:00 prompt like they said they would. They asked me to Show them the bathroom where the work would be taking place. They went over everything with me. Asked me if I had any questions then they began to lay out protective mats to protect the new floor and began working on removal of the old bath tub which was put in very good 30+ years ago but they managed to get it out without damaging anything else. And they would come and get me periodically to show me the homeowner their progress of work at the moment. Thanks Sean S & Fen for your professionalism
